What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your booking. This allows us to offer the slot to other guests. Cancellations within the 48-hour window will incur a 50% service fee.
Are children and pets allowed?
Orchardix is a family-friendly estate. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times near the fermentation areas. Well-behaved pets are permitted specifically in our outdoor orchard patio areas.
Do you offer dietary pairings?
Yes! We pride ourselves on inclusivity. We provide vegan and gluten-free artisanal cheese and charcuterie pairings upon request. Please note any specific allergies in the "Special Requests" field when booking.
What about inclement weather?
Rain won't dampen the experience. In the event of heavy rain, orchard tours are seamlessly transitioned to our sheltered barrel aging facility, where you can experience the cellar's unique micro-climate while staying dry.
